Product Availability & Delivery
Songs may be purchased individually as singles or collectively as a full album at the listed prices. Upon a successful album purchase, all tracks contained within that album will be delivered as separate, individual digital files downloaded directly to your device. Single purchases grant access only to the specific track selected at the time of purchase. -
Redistribution, resale, or public performance without permission is prohibited.

Downloads are available immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated. Upon completing a purchase, customers receive access to download the music file both on the confirmation page and via email. While the downloaded music file is permanent and yours to keep, the download link provided after purchase is temporary and remains active for 72 hours only. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files within this timeframe.​

Please ensure that the storage on your device is not full prior to downloading any digital music files. While file storage required may vary depending upon device, we recommend you setting a minimum of 100MB of available storage space on your device for the digital music downloads.
2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download is completed. All digital music purchases made through davidjdixon.com are final and non‑refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for digital downloads that are lost, deleted, damaged, or become corrupted after successful delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to download and save the music files to their personal device within the 72-hour window of the link provided online and/or email. If you fail to download the files before the link expires, the link cannot be reactivated, and no refunds, credits, or replacement links will be issued. Once successfully downloaded, the music files are permanent and yours to keep forever. You are solely responsible for securely storing and backing up any files you download from our website. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, based upon availability.
